SEFX was a PC speaker sound utility written 1988. Originally only intended to help me with coding and testing sounds to add to other programs I decided to release it in 1989. For the sake of a complete archive I've included it. It also seems to exist on other sites as well, so to avoid confusion - since it was released as a Gold Coast Software file - it's now in the official archive.
Warning: This program can be annoying.
